Message from Dr Jonathan North, after giving a talk on Bee Venom Allergy.

Thank you for arranging last night's meeting that I thoroughly enjoyed.

You might like to pass back to the group that Dr Karanam and I have discussed the opinion that perhaps all beekeepers should have adrenaline, and we think we might look into this further. We would have to gather data on the number of beekeepers, the number who have fatal reactions and perhaps try to determine how many get proper anaphylaxis and survive vs the number of peanut allergic children with the same data. We're not promising we can get this data and get it published but we'll have a go.

There was a good attendance for this talk, and many members had the opportunity to ask questions; Dr North responded.  A number of members made a point of saying how much they had enjoyed the talk.
