Novice Course - Sample outline

Our Novice Course comprises six informal classroom sessions, followed by practical beekeeping sessions at our apiary.

The course usually starts in early February and the 2026 dates are:

  • Monday     9th  February 
  • Monday   16th  February   
  • Monday   23rd  February 
  • Monday    2nd  March    
  • Monday    9th   March
  • Monday  16th   March    

Sessions run from 7:15pm to 9.30 pm, with a break half way through for Tea or Coffee (which will be provided).
